Welcome to AlphaFeed (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using AlphaFeed, you (“you”, “user”, or “subscriber”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
AlphaFeed is a real-time news intelligence platform that provides market participants with AI-analyzed insights derived from trusted financial news sources. The platform is designed to help users — including traders, analysts, and institutions — identify high-impact news events mapped to specific financial instruments. Users can customize the relevance threshold of alerts (default: 90%) to receive timely and actionable insights.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use AlphaFeed. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use AlphaFeed for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our platform or other users.
4. No Financial Advice
AlphaFeed does not provide investment advice.
All content, alerts, signals, and insights generated by AlphaFeed are for informational purposes only and are not intended as investment, trading, or financial advice. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or under any financial regulatory authority.
You acknowledge that any actions you take based on information from AlphaFeed are made at your own risk.
5. No Liability for Losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFeed, its operators, affiliates, or contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, financial losses, loss of profits, trading losses, or market impact — arising out of or related to the use of (or inability to use) the Service or the information provided.
You agree that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and trading outcomes, and that AlphaFeed shall not be held liable for any losses incurred.
6. Data Sources and Accuracy
While AlphaFeed makes efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of its insights, we do not guarantee the reliability or completeness of any information derived from third-party sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or others. All content is provided “as is” and “as available.”
7. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, models, algorithms, and interfaces associated with AlphaFeed are the exclusive property of AlphaFeed and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined during registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
